2006

Acquisition of Itech

In 2006, Lallemand acquired Itech, a company specializing in biofertilizers made from bacteria and fungi. This marked the beginning of what eventually evolved into Lallemand's Plant Care division.

2008

Expansion of the portfolio for uses in forestry, horticulture and turf.

2014

Acquisition of IP rights and associated assets of PGPR.

2015

Acquisitions of BioForest to oversee and develop the forestry division; and Laboratorio Farroupilha to expand production and R&D capacity.

2016

Acquisition of Lage y Cia to expend the production and development of n-fixing inoculants.

2017

Acquisition of Calister to grow production capacity and expend market share in South America.

2018

Acquisition of Biomin’s fermentation plant to increase production capacity.

Acquisition of Risehop to internalize the production of mycorrhizal fungi.
